Chiropractic Exercises

Chiropractic stretches and exercises are forms of rehabilitation used to strengthen the musculature in the human body and increase overall range of motion. By strengthening the muscles surrounding the spine, you can shorten recovery and decrease your chances of repeat injuries.

Deep tissue Massage with cupping therapy

Deep tissue massage targets chronic  tension in muscles that lie far below the body's surface. Deep muscle techniques involve slow strokes, direct pressure or friction movements that go across the muscle grain.

Lava Stones Massage

Basalt lava stones are polished, smoothed, heated and incorporated into a restorative and relaxing massage. Excellent for loosening muscles, relieving stress, and easing tension.

Lomi Lomi Massage

First of all, what does "lomi lomi" mean?

In Hawaiian, 'lomi lomi' translates to 'rub rub' - and this is exactly what a lomi lomi massage involves. Using long, deep strokes, the massage therapist will use their hands and forearms to relax your muscles and promote blood circulation
throughout your body.

Crystal Massage

The combination of massage and crystal therapy creates a deeply relaxing experience.

Gentle pressure of the massage, coupled with the soothing energy of crystals, helps release tension stored in the muscles and promotes a state of tranquillity.

Face and Head Chiropractic Exercise

It involves gentle manipulation of the  bones and tissues of the face and skull.

This has been proven to improve overall health and well-being, clear the sinuses and forehead cavities, reduce wrinkles, facilitate breathing, and achieve facial symmetry through the manipulation of the facial bones.

Hypnotherapy

Is a treatment to help people with anxiety, depression, pain, or unwanted behaviors,
like smoking or overeating.

Swedish Massage

The goal of Swedish massage is to improve your circulation and promote relaxation through soothing your muscles. It’s therefore quite different from deep tissue massage or sports massage. The techniques involve soft strokes over areas which are more prone to pain, or without much muscle coverage. Where the muscles are thicker, the pressure is changed and the massage is deeper.

Thai Massage

Performed on the floor or a firm mat, a typical Thai massage session lasts around 90 minutes. Practitioners use their entire bodies, including their hands, elbows, feet and knees to stand, kneel, or walk on the recipient and create deep pressure. Unlike Swedish massage, oils are not used during Thai massage.
